P&O Ferries announce new themed Mini Cruises

P&O Ferries has announced a series of themed Mini Cruises for the latter half of 2019.

Setting sail on four selected dates across November and December, each will pay tribute to different genres and musical acts.

First up is the Great Mini Cruise to Rotterdam on 15th November which features a variety of feel-good hits from classics like Grease, Dirty Dancing and A Star is Born.

Popular Spandau Ballet tribute act True Gold will host an 80s Party Mini Cruise to Amsterdam on 13th December with plenty of great throwback tunes. Think everything from Queen to The Proclaimers and Bryan Adams.

Also heading to Amsterdam will be the Elvis and Buddy Mini Cruise on 12th November to celebrate the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll with the official number one Elvis tribute Mark Summers.

Setting sail on 20th November, The Northern Soul Mini Cruise will see performances from acts like im Rabjohn (Costa Del Soul), Jools Metcalf (Venue 73 Brighouse), Danny Clegg (The Jersey Soul).

All of these two-day mini-cruises will depart from Hull.

"We’re thrilled to unveil our calendar of themed Mini Cruises, bringing new events, as well as old favourites to the North Sea throughout winter 2019, following their success in previous years,” said Sarah Rosier, Director of Passenger Sales.

"The holiday starts the moment you get on board and we encourage fans to book early to avoid disappointment."
